How do Settings work?
Switch on only what your club uses, and set each part up.
- 1What your club uses: switch off anything you do not want and it is hidden for you, your staff and your members. Nothing is deleted; switch it back on and it is all still there. Trial requests off takes the trial button off your club page, the timetable and search. Payments off leaves event prices as information, with no way to pay.
- 2Ranking system, Progress and Training materials each have their own switch, so a club can use one without the others.
- 3Set up opens that feature's own page: grades and belts for the ranking system, sections for progress, the library for training materials, the card and renewal rules for licences, methods and fees for payments, and your own questions for the sign-up form. Under Trial requests, Trial price opens your club profile.
- 4Automatic reminders sends one email to a family when a card payment does not go through, and one the day after a trial. EveryDojo sends them for you and replies come to you. Switch it off if you would rather not.
- 5Download your club, under Your data, gives you everything as one spreadsheet: students, families' contacts, classes, attendance, gradings and trial requests.
- 6Your own details, staff access and the EveryDojo plan are under Account in the menu.
