How do I set our licence renewal prices and rules?
What families pay, and how numbers and expiry dates change each year.
- 1Open Settings, then Set up under Licences, and find Renewals.
- 2Type the first year price and the renewal price. Offer card payment starts ticked: untick it if families may not pay by card. Card also needs card payments set up under Payments.
- 3Choose whether the licence number changes each year, and how the new expiry date is set. These apply when you record renewals yourself.
- 4If you have not named a licence issuer, fill in who renews your licences, and their email if they take the list by email. Once your issuer is Active, renewals go to their own screen instead.
- 5Tap Save. With Who sees it on On for everyone and a price set, families are asked four weeks before the expiry date on their child's licence. A student with no expiry date is not asked.
