How do I add a membership fee?
What you charge, named by what it covers, weekly to yearly.
- 1Open Settings, then Set up under Payments, then open How families pay.
- 2Under Memberships, tap Add.
- 3Type the name, what it covers and the amount. Choose how often, and when they are charged.
- 4Tap Save.
- 5To stop offering one, tap Stop offering. It tells you who is on it, and how many pay by card, first. New families stop seeing it; students on it keep paying the same until you move them, and it moves to No longer offered, with Offer again to bring it back.
- 6Changing a fee's amount applies to families who start paying after. Families already paying by card keep their amount until you move them to another fee.
