How do I set up my grades and belts?
Your grade ladder, lowest first, with belt colours, stripes and steps.
- 1Open Settings, then Set up under Ranking system.
- 2The ladder starts with the usual grades for your style. Tap the bin on any you do not use, and Add a grade for one that is missing. A new one goes at the bottom.
- 3Choose the belt colour and any stripes for each grade. Use the arrows to keep them in order, lowest first.
- 4If a grade has steps inside it, type them lowest first with commas between, like class 3, class 2, class 1.
- 5Tap Save ladder. It says Ladder saved under the page. Renamed grades take their students with them. Removing a grade that students hold asks first: they show No grade assigned, you and their families are told, and its materials move to Every grade.
