How do licence settings work?
The digital licence, renewals and your issuer, in your own words.
- 1Who sees it: Off, or On for everyone. On for everyone shows each family their child's digital licence, and needs the Governing body or the Association filled in under Who issues the licence.
- 2How it looks and What it gives the student: the colour, what is printed on it, and your own lines about what the licence covers. The card under What a family will see shows the colour and what is printed; tap it to see the back. Your lines show under the card on each child's page.
- 3Renewals: your prices, whether families can pay by card, and how the number and expiry change at renewal. Families are asked to renew four weeks before their licence runs out.
- 4Tap Save for all of that. Who issues your licences, at the bottom, saves on its own: name the person who approves your licences and they get their own screen to approve from.
- 5The card shows the licence your association issues. EveryDojo does not issue licences and takes no cut.
