EveryDojo

Cookies

A genuine, plain description of what this site actually stores in your browser today — not a formal reviewed cookie policy yet. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle the data itself.

The short version

EveryDojo doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. To see which public pages people use, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and never counts a signed-in page or what you typed into a search. We don't sell or share browsing data, and there's nothing here trying to follow you around the web. What we do store is small, and explained below.

Strictly necessary

Login session. When you log in, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Without it, the site can't tell it's still you, so it can't be turned off while staying logged in.

Your preferences

Light/dark mode. If you switch the site's theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (a small store similar to a cookie, kept on your device) so it's remembered next time. It never leaves your device.

Third-party content

A club's page and a club's website can show a Google Map, but only after you tap Show map. Until then nothing loads from Google. Once you tap it, the map is Google's own content running in your browser, and Google may set its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy, not ours. A line by the button says so before you tap. Open in Google Maps takes you to Google's own site.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser's settings — doing so will simply log you out. Blocking the login cookie entirely will stop you being able to stay signed in.
