How do I set a family rate?
Money off for brothers, sisters and parents who train too.
- 1Open Settings, then Set up under Payments, then open How families pay.
- 2Under Family rate, choose a percentage or a fixed amount off each extra member.
- 3Type the percent or the pounds off.
- 4Tap Save payment settings. The dearest membership is paid in full and each other one gets this off. It applies when a family starts paying by card, or someone joins, leaves or changes membership. Families already paying are not changed straight away. Switching it off or changing it later shows who has it now: card payers keep it, and families paying another way are worked out on the new setting.
