Run more than 5 clubs? Each extra club is £5 a month plus VAT. Your club website, or one for all your clubs, is included, with one own domain; each extra domain is £5 a month plus VAT.

Founding offer: your first year at half price

Start a yearly plan before 31 January 2027 and your first year is £150 plus VAT, half the price of twelve months at £25. After the first year it renews at the normal yearly price, £250 plus VAT. The offer ends on 31 January 2027.

Prices are before VAT at 20%, which is added when you pay. Every plan includes every tool, the free plan too. The one extra on paid plans is the Verified check of your governing body certificate. A small club gets the same safeguarding tools as a large one, because the software holds children's data either way. The free plan is your trial, and if a paid plan is not right for your club, ask within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund. Nothing is ever locked: at your limit you keep every record, and your plan only changes when you choose.

How students are counted

Every student on your roster who hasn't left is counted. When someone stops training, archive them: they stop counting straight away and are deleted automatically after your retention period. You are never charged for people who have gone, and never penalised for keeping accurate records.

Claiming or adding your club is free

Taking control of your page, correcting the details, adding photos: nothing to pay, ever. A new club is checked before it goes public, usually the same day.

Verified costs nothing extra

Verification means we have seen your real governing body certificate. Any paid plan can apply at no charge, and no plan can buy the badge without the check.

Questions instructors ask

My club is already listed. Why?+

EveryDojo lists UK martial arts clubs from public information so people looking for a club can find them. Unclaimed pages show only the basics. Claiming it is free and puts you in control of what is shown.

How does claiming work?+

Search your club, press Claim, confirm a few details that match what is public about the club, and we send you a code to prove it is really you.

My club is not listed. What happens when I add it?+

You fill in the name, style, town and a line for new members. We check it before it goes public, usually the same day, and email you when it is live.

Do my members have to change how they pay?+

No. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct Debit, bank transfer or cash: you record how each member pays, and nobody is forced onto a new method.

What does EveryDojo take from fees?+

Nothing. Payments go to your own account. Card payments carry the card processor's fee only, the same as any card machine.

What happens when I pass 15 students?+

You move to the Club plan, £25 a month plus VAT, for any number of students. Not right for your club? Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Nothing is locked and every record stays yours.

I run more than one club. Do I pay for each one?+

No. One plan covers up to 5 clubs you run from one login, with any number of students. Each extra club is £5 a month plus VAT. Your other instructors get their own staff logins, free.

Does the plan include a website?+

Yes. A website built from your club profile, on an EveryDojo address, for one club or for all your clubs together, at no extra charge. Connect a domain you own and it becomes your club's own address: one domain is included, and each extra domain is £5 a month plus VAT.

Is children's data safe?+

Health notes are visible to the instructor only. Staff get scoped roles. Every access to a record is logged. No photos or videos of children are stored in progress. The data processing agreement is published.
