How does the Payment settings page work?
How families pay, your fees, payment links and card payments.
- 1Open How families pay. Under Payment methods, tick the ones your families use, like Bank transfer / standing order or Cash, and fill in the details. Offer to new members lets new families choose it themselves.
- 2Family rate takes a percentage or an amount off each extra member of the same family. Switching it off or changing it shows who has it now; card payers keep it, and families paying another way are worked out on the new setting.
- 3Tap Save payment settings for the methods and the family rate.
- 4Memberships are your fees, each saved on its own. Stop offering hides one from new families; students on it keep paying until you move them. Payment links are for one-off fees, like a grading.
- 5Card payments run on your own Stripe account. EveryDojo takes no cut; Stripe's fees are shown before you switch it on.
