Will EveryDojo ever hand over a club's information?

EveryDojo will not give one account another account's club, records or personal details. This applies even if both sides say they own the club, and even if one side asks us nicely.

This matters most for children's details. A club's records belong to the club that collected them. We keep them in that club's account only.

If a club is closed, its records are not passed to anyone else. Its listing can stay in the directory, and whoever claims it next starts with an empty club: no students, messages, payments or records from before. We tell the club members straight away, so they know what has happened.

If a person wants to see or remove their own details, they can ask us, and we will deal with it as the law requires.
