What happens if two people claim the same club?
We ask them to sort it out first. If they cannot, we decide, impartially.
If two people say they run the same club, we ask them to sort it out between themselves first. Most of the time a short conversation settles it.
If they cannot agree, we decide. We stay impartial. We look at what each person can show us, such as the club's own email or phone number, governing body details and how long the listing has been active.
There are only three outcomes. We give more time. One club is closed. Or, if a listing is fake, we give its owner reasonable notice of the date it will close, then close it and delete its records. Whenever a club closes, we tell its club members straight away, and any card payments to it through EveryDojo stop.
We never give a club, its records or anyone's details to another club or another person.
