How do I stop a family's card payments?

When someone leaves, is ill or away: stop taking money from them.

  1. 1Open the student and tap Change next to How they pay, or tap Manage on them under Finances, Payments.
  2. 2Tap Stop card payments, read what happens, then tap Stop card payments again.
  3. 3Their last card payment covers them until the date shown, and nothing is taken after that. If their last payment failed, it stops now and that payment is not tried again.
  4. 4The family is emailed and told in EveryDojo. The student shows Card, stops on that date, or Card, ended when it stopped straight away.
  5. 5Changed your mind before the date? Tap Keep card payments. A stop the family made themselves can only be undone by them.
