How do I move a family to another fee?
A new price or a different membership, from their next payment.
- 1Under Finances, Payments, tap Manage on the student, then Card.
- 2Pick the new membership and tap Update fee.
- 3For a family paying by card it shows what changes and from which date. Tap Change their fee.
- 4The new amount is taken from their next card payment. Nothing already paid changes, and the family is emailed.
- 5Moving between a monthly and a yearly fee is not offered yet, because Stripe would charge the new amount straight away.
