How do income and expenses work?
What should come in, what goes out, and who is behind each figure.
- 1This month: what should come in, what goes out, and what is left. Not a bank balance.
- 2Tap a card, like Card, Cash or Licence renewals, to see who is behind it. Card shows the monthly fees Stripe has really taken, after its fees, and where each student's card payments are; licences and events paid by card are on their own cards. The rest are amounts recorded by the club or the family.
- 3Latest payments shows card payments from Stripe, plus licence and event payments confirmed in EveryDojo, newest first. Monthly cash, standing orders and Direct Debits are not listed there. Not counted lists each student whose money cannot be counted yet, and why.
- 4With card payments on, Next payout shows the money Stripe is sending to the club's bank and when it is expected, and how often Stripe pays out. The club owner is told in the app and by email when a payout is sent, or if one fails.
- 5The club owner adds expenses: hall hire, insurance, equipment.
