How do I cancel, delete or archive a trial request?

Call off a confirmed trial, tidy old requests away, or delete them for good.

  1. 1Open Students and then Trial requests.
  2. 2To call off a confirmed trial, tap Cancel trial on its card. Write why, if you want to say, then tap Cancel the trial. The person who booked gets a notification and an email with your note. The card then says Cancelled.
  3. 3To tidy a card away, swipe it right on a phone or tap Archive. It moves to Archived, where Unarchive brings it back.
  4. 4To delete a card for good, swipe it left on a phone or tap Delete. A bar says Deleted with Undo for about five seconds, then the request and the details in it are gone. Your activity log keeps a line without the person's details.
  5. 5A confirmed trial still to come cannot be deleted or archived: cancel it first, so nobody turns up for a lesson that vanished. A request still waiting for your reply is answered or deleted, not archived.
