How do I invite a family to finish their record?

Send the link by email, WhatsApp, or copy it.

  1. 1Open Students, then Add a student. Students waiting for their family are listed there.
  2. 2Next to the student, tap Email, WhatsApp or Copy link. Email sends it from EveryDojo, WhatsApp opens with the message written, and Copy link lets you paste it anywhere. To email every waiting family at once, tap Send invites to everyone waiting; anyone invited in the last week is left out.
  3. 3An email or mobile is needed first. Without one, open the student from your list: their page has a box to add one, with the same buttons to send it.
  4. 4The family opens the link, logs in or creates an account, checks the details, adds a photo and signs.
  5. 5When they finish, the student is complete and their number is issued. Nothing to approve. If a link runs out, the list says so: send it again.
