How does staff access work?
Give helpers their own login, with only what they need.
- 1Give a helper their own login with only the parts of the club they need.
- 2Register helper takes the register. Assistant instructor also sees health notes, licences and contacts, moves progress lights and adds training materials, with no money. Treasurer sees money only. Co-instructor does both.
- 3Nobody else ever uses your login. Everything a helper does is written in the activity log under their own name.
- 4Change someone's role by tapping it. Remove them and their access ends at once.
