How do I download all my club's records?

One spreadsheet with everything, whenever you want it.

  1. 1Open Settings and find Your data at the bottom.
  2. 2Tap Download your club. A spreadsheet downloads with a page each for students, classes, attendance, gradings and trial requests.
  3. 3Students includes families' contacts, licence details, health answers and how each family pays. Photos and signatures are not in it, but it says whether each student has them.
  4. 4It is yours to keep, or to take to any other system. Each download is noted in your activity log.
