Can I keep records for clubs that are not on EveryDojo?
Your own records, with reminders to you. EveryDojo never contacts them.
- 1Your own records of clubs in your association that are not on EveryDojo. Accept the short data agreement first.
- 2Add a club with its contact and the date it is Affiliated until. Open Students to paste them in from a spreadsheet and tap Import students: only name, date of birth, grade, licence number and expiry are kept.
- 3You get a reminder before their affiliation or a licence ends. EveryDojo never contacts these clubs: you get in touch yourself.
- 4Pay link for the affiliation makes a link you send the club yourself. It pays into your own Stripe account.
