How do training materials work?
Video links, web pages, PDFs and photos, by grade and topic.
- 1Add a video or a web page as a link, from YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or anywhere else. Links use none of your space.
- 2PDFs and photos are stored for you and share the club's 20 MB: a PDF up to 4 MB, a photo shrunk on your phone first.
- 3Give each one a topic, like Kata or Warm up, and a grade or Every grade. Students see what is for their grade on their own page, and everything in the library. If a grade is removed, its materials move to Every grade.
- 4The owner, co-instructors and assistant instructors can add and remove materials. Each one shows the name of whoever added it, and every add and removal is in the Activity log.
- 5Remove one with the bin next to it. An uploaded file goes with it and its space comes back.
