How do licence renewals work?

Who has run out, who is about to, and sending them to your issuer.

1Families are asked to renew four weeks before the licence runs out. A first licence is never asked for automatically: invite the family from the Licence renewals fold under Students.
2The list shows who has run out, who runs out within six weeks, and who has no licence yet.
3Card payments confirm themselves. Cash and bank transfer wait for you to tick them. A card payment for a renewal you had closed or confirmed is not lost: you are told, and can refund it from Card payments.
4Paid licences go to your issuer in one batch. Print the sheet or send it by email from here.
5When the issuer types the new number, the child's card updates and the parent is told.
