How do I export who is going to an event?
Word, PDF or Excel, sorted lowest grade first.
- 1Open Events and find the event, then tap Export.
- 2Tick the lists you want: Confirmed; Going, not confirmed yet; Can't go; No answer.
- 3Tap Word, PDF or Excel.
- 4Confirmed and Going come out in your grading form, lowest grade first and youngest first within each grade. The others come out as a list.
- 5Each export is recorded in the activity log. Phone numbers and emails are never included.
