EveryDojo

How does my club website work?

Your own website, built from your club profile, private until you make it live.

  1. 1Your website is built from your club profile: class times, prices, instructors, photos and events show on it by themselves, so it never goes out of date.
  2. 2It starts private: only you, your staff and EveryDojo can open it, and Google is told to skip it. Tap Make it live when you are happy with it.
  3. 3Once it is live, Club website at the top of the menu takes you, your staff and your families back to it from anywhere in EveryDojo.
  4. 4Logged in, Log in on your website becomes Dashboard for you and your staff, and My Dojo for families, so EveryDojo is one tap away.
  5. 5Look: pick a layout, colours, fonts and how the page opens, then tap Save look. Use my logo's colour puts your logo's colour on the buttons when it reads clearly.
  6. 6Sections: move them up or down, or switch one off. A section with nothing in it stays hidden until you add something; on your website, Edit takes you to where it is filled in.
  7. 7Notices always show across the top, and on your EveryDojo club page, until their last day, then go by themselves. First visit and Questions show only your own words: Use a suggestion gives you a start to change.
  8. 8Events open to other clubs show in full. Events just for your own students show only their name and date, marked For our students, with nothing to book.
  9. 9Your own domain: one is included in the plan, across all your websites. Each extra domain is £5 a month plus VAT.
  10. 10If your plan ends, your website and your domain send visitors to your free EveryDojo page. Nothing is deleted: restart your plan and they come back as they were. A failed card payment does not pause them while it is being retried.
  11. 11Run more than one club? They share one website, with your clubs first and everything else grouped by club. Under Clubs on this website, switch One website for all my clubs off to give each club its own, or to choose which clubs go together. Organisation name is the name at the top.
